My family emigrated here from the UK in 2005 and we live in Southbridge. I have worked at Children First ever since, as a teacher, and headteacher and now have the privilege to be the owner since October 2018. I have been married for many years and have three children, two of which live locally, as well as seven grandchildren. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, camping, and guiding.

Kia Ora Whānau. I was born and bred here in Aotearoa. I also have an active boy who was born in 2016 whom I love to bits. I enjoy spending time with my Whānau, and watching movies. I have a strong belief in embracing different cultures and enjoy celebrating these with the younger generation.

I completed my BTchLn(Primary) in 2007 and a Teacher Education Refresher in 2018 after the birth of my eldest son. I live just out of Dunsandel on a lifestyle block with my husband Chris and sons William and Thomas. I enjoy reading, watching movies and spending time with my family. I am loving my ECE Journey.

I completed my teacher qualification in 2021. I live in Dunsandel with my partner and three children, who are all at school locally. I love reading, playing tennis, watching movies and having family time. I am enjoying being a learner and a teacher as there is always something new to learn!

I have been teaching Early Childhood for 25 years. I studied at Canterbury University. This will only be my third job within the ECE sector. I have lived and taught within the Selwyn area for many years. I live with my partner and I have two grown-up sons who also live in Selwyn.

I am originally from Westport and visit there often. I have been teaching for 26 years and love my job. Every day is different as I guide and support our young children in their learning journey and also learn from them each day. I live in Leeston with my two children – Olivia and Siena.  I love the outdoors and spending time with family and friends

I moved to New Zealand in 2006, originally from Ireland. My husband and I have two children, Tara and Connor, who attend school here in Leeston. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being involved in creative activities such as pottery.

I have many years of experience working in Early Childhood centres and I have also been a home-based educator and most recently the session facilitator at Southbridge Playcentre. I have lived here in Leeston for the past 10 years with my husband Hugh, and our four children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, going for walks, and watching my children play sports and I am very involved in my church.

I have been working at Children First since 2007. I enjoy working alongside the children and teachers and supporting them with all their interests and needs. I am married with 3 girls. I live on a lifestyle block just outside Leeston. I love sewing, baking, walking and spending time with family and friends.

I started my Early Childhood journey in 1970 and I managed a kindergarten form any years. I enjoy being with children and giving them the best we can for life. I live locally here in Selwyn and I love spending time on the farm with my husband. I like crafts, spinning, gardening, and helping my daughter with ‘House of Bricks’.

I moved to Leeston in late 2022 with my Partner and two daughters. I enjoy watching and playing Netball and spending time with friends and family.
