We aim for this by weaving Te Whāriki learning outcomes with primary school’s key competencies and Te marautanga o Aotearoa.
We do this by preparing fun activities around their interests and allowing them to take turns with leadership roles within the session.
Butterflies also enjoy visits to each local primary school (Leeston and Southbridge) to help with the transition process.
